Apply lipstick right up to but not over lip liner line. Blot lightly with tissue to remove excess lipstick. To reshape your lips: 1) use a light-brownish pencil, 2) add a second line in your lip liner color just inside the first line, 3) blend the two lines by patting with your finger, and 4) fill in with lipstick.
